The Love Bugaloos Sparky has been bitten by the Love Bug and has been keeping it a secret.  Floating on Cloud-9, Sparky walks into a boulder and knocks himself out cold.  The Bugaloos arrive at that moment and begin to wonder about Sparky's strange behavior lately.  I.Q. discovers a poster of "the firefly of Rock," Gina Lola-Wattage, and the Bugaloos soon realize Sparky's predicament.  Joy tells the boys there is a chance Sparky can meet Gina, and she checks with Bluebell Flower for Gina's flight schedule.  After Joy takes off, Sparky comes around and the boys give him the wonderful news - he's going to meet Gina Lola-Wattage - and Sparky faints. Back at Benita's Jukebox Penthouse, Benita just can't believe Peter Platter would rather have Gina Lola-Wattage on his show.  As usual, her "three boobs" do nothing to help her mood.  But, in a rare moment of brilliance, Funky Rat suggests that if Gina weren't to make the show at the Let It All Hang Out club, then Peter would have to let Benita appear.  Of course, Benita takes all the credit for their sneaky plot. Above Tranquility Forest, Joy has asked Gina to come back with her to her "digs" to meet Sparky.  Before the girls arrive back, the boys help Sparky get spruced up to meet his dream-girl and, at the mention of kissing Gina, Sparky begins to panic.  As I.Q. sees the girls arriving, the boys remind Sparky to "play it real cool."  Sparky tries his best to be "cool, real cool," and finds himself kissed, which results in a tail-steaming blush! Having learned Gina's plans to stay at the Uptown Downtown Hotel and leave at 7:ser-ty sharp, Benita's plot begins.  Funky Rat picks up Gina under the false pretense that he is Peter Platter's chauffeur.  Gina figures out something is up and tries to leave, but Funky Rat pulls the Stereo Zapper on her.  In the meantime, Peter Platter is impatiently waiting on Gina to arrive for the show and trying to fend off an anxious (and seemingly innocent) Benita.  - Back at the Bugaloos' clearing, the Bugaloos are trying to coax Sparky to go to the show when they learn from the grapevine that Gina has been kidnapped and taken to Lover's Lane.  Sparky is overcome with emotion and ready to confront Funky Rat.  The Bugaloos find Funky Rat and Gina, and Sparky is the hero as another tail-steaming blush enables them to get the Stereo Zapper from Funky and send him on his way.
