Benita the Beautiful Uh oh, there's going to be a beauty contest and guess who finds out  - Benita Bizarre!  Despite the negative response from the citizens of Rock City, Benita is determined to enter the contest.  Learning Peter Platter is one of the judges, Benita begins to "kiss up" to him, which only succeeds in sending him running. - Meanwhile, Joy runs into Gina Lola-Wattage at the Cloud 9 Boutique.  Gina tells Joy about the contest and asks Joy if she plans to enter.  Joy laughingly tells Gina she would just make a "blinkin' fool" of herself and has no plans to enter.  Joy arrives home to find the boys think she will be a shoe-in to win the contest, but Joy quickly tells them she has no plans to enter.  The boys still try to coax Joy by singing and Joy joins in with a dance routine. At home, Benita is busy practicing her "winning attitude" to the encouragement of her gang.  Funky asks, though, what if she doesn't win and Benita assures him there is no way she's going to lose out to that "buggy babe."  Of course, she has a plan. - The boys and Sparky arrive at Rock City to meet up with Joy and Gina.  They meet Peter Platter outside the Let It All Hang Out club, where the contest is being held, and learn the girls haven't arrived yet.  The boys and Sparky immediately begin searching Rock City since the girls left over an hour ago, but are unable to find them. - Back at the club, Benita is anxiously awaiting the contest to start, especially knowing what she does.  The boys race to Benita's Jukebox Penthouse and search frantically for the girls.  Not putting anything past Benita, they start to search the basement one more time.  Harmony unknowingly hits the Reject button on the Jukebox's control panel sending Sparky through the trapdoor.  As Sparky cries for help, the boys break through the door and find not only Sparky but the girls as well!  Hurrying the girls, the boys are astounded to hear the girls aren't the least bit interested in the contest anymore.  Joy explains that if Benita wins, she will move to Flicker Town and they will be rid of her, so off they go to cheer Benita on.
